Bio

Dr. Lauren Kim is an accomplished pharmacy leader with over 25 years of experience in the profession, specializing in community pharmacy operations, leadership development, and clinical mentorship. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the University of Southern California.

Throughout her extensive career, Dr. Kim has held leadership roles within a Fortune 500 pharmacy organization, where she was responsible for guiding and managing pharmacists, pharmacy interns, and support teams. Her leadership has consistently focused on operational excellence, patient-centered care, and the professional growth of her teams.

Dr. Kim is passionate about developing future pharmacists, drawing from decades of hands-on experience mentoring students and new practitioners. She is known for her collaborative approach, commitment to high standards, and dedication to fostering both clinical and personal excellence in those she leads.

With a deep understanding of the evolving pharmacy landscape, Dr. Kim remains committed to shaping the next generation of pharmacy professionals through education, mentorship, and compassionate leadership.

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Kim enjoys traveling with her husband and two sons. She is also an active member of Christ Central of Southern California in Fullerton, where she has faithfully served for over 30 years.
