Bio

Mikko Angela Arceno, BSN, RN, is a dedicated Registered Nurse and clinical educator with a strong foundation in both bedside care and nursing education. Currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP), Mikko is passionate about equipping future nurses with practical, hands-on clinical skills, with a particular focus on IV therapy and acute care.

Her clinical background encompasses orthopedic and neuro care, along with observation care, at Long Beach Memorial, where she gained expertise in managing complex patient needs. Besides her clinical work, Mikko contributes to the clinical nursing courses at the American University of Health Sciences, where she motivates and guides students on their path to becoming skilled and compassionate nurses.

Mikko is committed to advancing nursing practice through a blend of education, empathy, and innovation, empowering the next generation of nurses to deliver safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.
