She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Grand Canyon University and her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Charles R. Drew University.
Currently, Dr. Julian practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), where she delivers high-quality, evidence-based care to underserved and uninsured populations. Her clinical focus centers on accessible, patient-centered primary care that addresses the unique needs of vulnerable communities.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Julian has served in academia since 2022, playing a pivotal role in supporting and shaping graduate-level clinical education. She is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of Family Nurse Practitioners by overseeing and facilitating clinical placements, particularly in outpatient care settings. Her responsibilities include collaborating with external healthcare partners, coordinating clinical schedules, ensuring alignment with program outcomes, and guiding students through their hands-on training.
