Bio
Isaac has worked as a CNA for a year, and as a Licensed Vocational for seven years, acquiring basic skills and knowledge that has helped shape his nursing experience. He has worked for over seven years as a critical care nurse, infection control expert, and as a PICC line nurse. Isaac teaches with passion with the mentorship approach to help bring out the best in his students, inculcating Parse’s theory of human becoming in both student and client care.
With master’s degrees in nursing as a generalist, nursing education, psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner and public health nursing, he teaches at American University of Health Sciences and fills up time at California Career Institute. He has been at California Baptist University and Azusa Pacific University. He loves to mentor nursing students with multiple scholarships to many students in Africa to study nursing. He loves to see nurses become entrepreneurs and incorporates the entrepreneurial part of nursing into his teachings. Isaac has a great passion for helping students overcome challenges of life, and their NCLEX exam.
