Bio
Mary Juliano is a passionate and dedicated nurse educator with over 15 years of experience in pediatric care, clinical instruction, and simulation-based learning. She currently serves as Simulation Faculty at West Coast University and contributes to pediatric clinical courses at the American University of Health Sciences (AUHS). Students consistently praise her hands-on teaching approach and value her realistic simulations, which help bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world nursing practice.
Mary holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education and brings a comprehensive perspective shaped by her diverse background in acute care, school nursing, and vocational instruction. She has taught in both clinical and academic settings, developed nursing curricula, and presented at professional conferences on pediatric early warning systems and simulation methodology.
Beyond her academic and clinical roles, Mary is deeply committed to community health. She has participated in international medical missions and actively serves in local ministries, combining her professional expertise with a heart for service.
Mary is a member of the Society for Simulation in Healthcare, the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, and the Society of Pediatric Nurses. Her teaching philosophy is grounded in compassion, critical thinking, and empowering future nurses to lead with knowledge, integrity, and confidence.
