Bio
Tien Truong, a mathematics professor, earned his Teaching Credential, M.A. and B.A. Degrees in Mathematics at California State University of Fullerton. He worked as a teacher associate for two years while working on his Master Degree in 2008 at CSUF. After graduation, he started to teach secondary education for Anaheim Union High School District, working as a short term and long-term substitute, from 2010-2015.
Tien Truong is also a private tutor from 2008 to the present. He tutors many subjects ranging from elementary algebra to calculus. He has taught many students with different levels from elementary to college. Currently, Tien Truong is teaching at Golden West College as an adjunct instructor for the math department. He has taught Statistic, Algebra, Trigonometry, Pre-calculus and Calculus.
Currently, Tien Truong is also teaching as a part time professor at American University Health Sciences. He teaches Elementary Algebra, Quantitative Reasoning, and Statistics. Tien Truong joined AUHS since Summer 2014. He is also a member of the General Education Department at AUHS.
