Pursuing his goals passionately, JOSEPH A. FRANCISCO delves into a combination of
clinical practice and academic mentorship in his professional life as a nurse practitioner.
At present, he imparts his expertise at Charles Drew University of Medicine and
Sciences and at the American University of Health Sciences as an assistant professor.
His determined and engaging way of conducting classes have gained the reciprocal
enthusiastic reaction of his appreciative students. He has firsthand experience as family
nurse practitioner at the Angeles Community Health Center, a continuation of his
consistency in this field from various previous establishments in this country.
Dr. Francisco obtained his Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2019 from the University of
Massachusetts Global. He holds a double Masters in Nursing from the US and the
Philippines in 2017 and 2009 respectively. In addition, he was an accomplished Medical
Doctor and has a Iuris Doctor degree from his native Philippines. Prior to sharing his
professional proficiency abroad, he worked in government-run Manila Health
Department for 15 years, developing an intense and major understanding of community
health exigencies and challenges.
