Bio
Janet Kazibwe is a highly experienced nurse educator and clinical leader with over 30 years of service in medical-surgical nursing, education, and healthcare workforce development. She holds a Diploma in Advanced Nursing from Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda, and is a Registered Nurse and Midwife through the Medical Training College in Nairobi, Kenya.
Janet has taught extensively, including 15 years at Kenyatta National Hospital’s Medical Training College and the School of Nursing in Nairobi. She also served for 9 years as a clinical instructor and educator at the Nairobi Hospital School of Nursing.
Internationally, she has served as adjunct faculty in the United States—teaching in the Baccalaureate Nursing Program at Biola University (2002, 2010) and in Health Care Sciences at Rio Hondo College (2012). Janet’s deep commitment to nursing education, leadership training, and quality patient care continues to shape nursing professionals both in Kenya and abroad.
