Verifications can be requested in person
at the Student Services Office or by mail. No return postage
is necessary for mailed requests and there is no charge for
the enrollment or graduation verification. If the verification
requires information not considered directory information,
or if the student has requested data restriction, a written
request, along with a release signed by the student, is required
before the verification can be processed.
Please
Note: Data restrictions remain in effect even
after graduation. If a student has a data restriction, the
Office of the Student Services cannot confirm enrollment or
degrees and certificate earned to prospective employers or
any other party without the student's permission. The restriction
may be added or reversed by submitting a written and signed
request to the Office of the Student Services or by visiting
the Office.
Students
enrollment and graduation cannot be verified unless there
is a clearance from the Financial Aid Department.
